    To gently ease into the transition from owning a home or renting an apartment, Roseglen offers Independent Living “Garden Suites”.

    There are 19 apartment-style units located on the lower level of the facility complete with walkout patio entrances, 1 or 2 bedrooms, bathroom, living room and kitchen. The units allow privacy and independence, as well as provide the benefits of living in a secure and well-established complex.

Some of the services and amenities available include:

• Private entrance and personal parking space
• Appliances including: fridge, oven and stove
• Personal garden and patio
• 10 complimentary meals/month in Roseglen’s dining room (option to purchase additional meals available on a cost per meal basis).
• Laundry room on-site
• Other amenities in facility include: two private lounges, main lobby, large outdoor patio, theatre room, etc.
• Organized recreation and activities
